Applicants for this position will be self- motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative and will possess strong interpersonal skills, be attentive to detail and able to build trusting relationships while developing core skills in Property Management.
The Property Administrator will report to the Director of Property Management.
The Property Administrator will be active in the following primary responsibilities both in an individual and team setting:
General Administration
- Coordinate and attend internal/external corporate meetings as required, taking minutes and action items for followup.
- Update the Asset List regularly to reflect changes in property status and individual responsibilities.
- Provide data for client reports as needed by Investor Relations.
- Handle property tax administration, including tracking critical dates, submitting tax declarations, and routing tax documents to appropriate departments.
- Maintain department electronic filing system, ensuring documents are saved in the appropriate location with proper naming conventions.
- Assist with department events planning.
- Draft, format, and proofread a variety of documents.
- Prepare and update departmental presentations, reports, memos, and letters for various audiences using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
