Vireo Video Marketing agency is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
This role will require you to lead our business development, respond to inbound inquiries and work with our outreach manager to identify the need of our prospects and services which will best serve their short-term and long-term YouTube marketing and advertising goals.
Your success will directly impact the overall growth of the business, and as such, you will be compensated for securing new business.

As a Google Partner, Vireo has managed YouTube Ad campaigns for businesses of all sizes, from e-commerce, consulting, finance, and health, and helped their clients average 4x Return on Ad Spend.
Responsibilities include:
- Screen and respond to inbound Sales inquiries, to meet with and screen potential clients
- Develop and pitch proposals to outline our services that are in alingmenet with prospect's needs.
- Close new business deals by coordinating opportunities, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short
- Work with our marketing team to improve inbound opportunities and outreach plans.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using our CRM software
- Support clients and Account managers through the onboarding process
- Identify sales opportunities and get in contact and develop relationships with key stakeholders to present our services.
You are a great fit if you have/are
- Experience with sales for a marketing agency or digital media company
- Familiar with or Strong Understanding of YouTube
- Experince with Value based selling to consult prospects and provide them value in calls
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Driven to be Successful and actively work to improve yourself
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
- Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Proven ability to manage inbound/outbound sales cycle

Compensation:
$60K - $100K+
Salary:
$40K-$55K Salary
Commission Bonus: 7%
