Job Description How You'll Make a Difference**:
Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our on-site client service operation. From daily supervision to long-term planning, your leadership will be crucial in driving operational excellence.


_ Building Client Relationships and Managing Contracts_

  • Provide strategic direction to develop client relationships, focusing on innovations and new business opportunities to boost profitability
  • Devise a local business strategy that aligns with current and future client needs and overall operations strategy
  • Ensure contract services meet Service Level Agreement(s) and standards
  • Conduct regular checks on contract performance and internal compliance to support Sodexo's compliance objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, innovations, and service improvements to enhance client engagement and stay ahead of industry developments.

_ Leading People_

  • Set an example and inspire your team to follow your lead
  • Manage a team of over 100 employees
  • Foster strong employee relationships and effectively handle diverse teams
  • Collaborate well and build positive relationships
  • Oversee full HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, recognition, engagement, career advancement, etc.) for the assigned site
  • Organize, plan, and monitor employees' daily tasks

_ Business and Financial Expertise_

  • Develop innovative business solutions for continuous growth and efficient day-to-day operations
  • Create and assess budget/P&L statements
  • Meet financial targets by analyzing key business operation KPIs daily and conducting monthly business reviews
  • Proactively plan future business expansion, including service scope enhancement

_ Fostering Culture and Ensuring Compliance_

  • Maintain constant compliance at the site for services within scope, and ensure thorough documentation and regular review of these aspects
  • Cultivate a robust health and safety culture for employees, clients, and customers
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Advocate for corporate social responsibility
  • Drive innovative thinking and change implementation
  • Pursue continuous improvement and compliance with operating standards
  • Uphold high service standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Work with support teams to devise and execute strategies for enhancing client engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications What You Need to Succeed**:

  • 5+ years of General Manager/Food Service leadership experience in a multi-outlet operation
  • Extensive experience in Conference Services and high-end Catering, preferably in a large-scale hotel or conference venue
  • Post-Secondary education in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • Strong financial acumen for budget management, financial analysis, and driving profitability
  • Outstanding client relations and communication skills
  • A passion for culinary excellence and a deep knowledge of food and hospitality industry trends
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire large teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Prioritizing safety above all else
