We value diversity and respect in the workplace. We are currently sourcing Journeyperson Ironworkers for projects across Saskatchewan and Western Canada.


Ironworkers:

We are looking for people who have underground experience in the potash industry and have demonstrated competency and attention to safety in:

  • Reading plans and blueprints
  • Working effectively in an underground environment
  • Installation of construction and structural steel
- a Red Seal Journeyperson certification
- a minimum of one year working in an underground mining environment or three years working in an industrial construction setting
- current certification in Saskatchewan General Mine Safety Awareness
- current certification in WHMIS 201- current certification in Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platforms
- current or previous training and certification for operation of overhead or mobile crane tickets will be considered an asset
- a commitment to working safely and communicating effectively in a team environment
- positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- the ability to work away from home on a work rotation defined by the project
- the ability to work dayshift or nightshift
- a valid driver's license
- the ability to travel to work locations in Saskatchewan without relying on air travel
