***: The Manager of National Member Data & Analytics is responsible for managing the Association's CRM software and data to improve member retention, sales, and engagement. As the Manager of National Member Data & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in working with employees across the country to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our information and database. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing staff CRM training and support, membership reporting, generating membership invoices and CRM audits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLIITIES
- Maintain and enhance all aspects within the CRM.
- Update and maintain member database with accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness through regular audits.
- Collaborate and support employees across the country to prioritize data entry efforts.
- Provide CRM staff training.
- Troubleshooting software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology.
- Responsible for reporting inside and outside of the CRM to analyze performance of various aspects of the CRM.
- Analyze and generate various monthly and quarterly member reports.
- Generate membership invoices and record payments.
- Strategically assess the performance of the CRM and identify workflow improvements; and,
- Other duties assigned.
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics.
- Postsecondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in relational database (i.e., Zoho), database administration, maintenance, and operations.
- Strong problem solving, business analysis and quantitative skills.
- Ability to pull data from multiple sources and formulate comprehensive and actionable reports.
- Experience in data entry and invoicing is considered a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to selfcheck work to ensure results are error free.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, expert in Excel with ability to conduct extensive data manipulation using pivot tables, formulas, and graphs.
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Selfstarter with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team; and,
- Knowledge of and previous experience dealing with industry associations and the nonprofit industry an asset.

$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
