Six Pints Collective is currently seeking a
Warehouse worker with administrative duties to join our Distribution Team in
Stayner, ON. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of duties both within the warehouse as well as in the trade as required to ensure the accurate and efficient shipping of product, warehouse maintenance, and service of our customers. As part of the Warehouse team, this role will be part of the day-to-day functioning, with an emphasis on warehouse related work, operation of a forklift and administrative duties.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Loading, unloading of trucks; parking trucks in and out of docks
Moving and maneuvering of product around the warehouse that can exceed 100 lbs.
Picking orders using electric pallet jacks and accurate building of load.
Assisting in balancing of inventory
Prepare picklists for warehouse
Enter batch/lot codes from picklists into O-Beer
Produce all delivery invoices for LCBO's and On Premises accounts.
Complete frequent spot check inventory counts ensuring inventory accuracy
Monitor product to help identify the risk of product becoming "old code"
Assist in order picking with Warehouse
Assist in double checking picked orders prior to loading, including correcting errors.
General Housekeeping
Abiding by all Health and Safety Regulations as laid out by Creemore Springs Brewery
Adhere to all duties required for traceability and BRC compliance
Other relevant duties as required by the warehouse supervisor

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU:

Must be 19 years of age or older
Must be professional, energetic, and very dependable
Must be comfortable moving heavy objects, minimum of 100 lbs. as need will potentially arise for this role to support our Warehouse team.
Forklift certification and experience as asset
DZ license an asset
Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of general mathematics principles
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel is required
Ability to multitask
Warehouse background with exposure to WHIMIS and MSDS an asset
A flexible schedule is required. Hours of work are likely to be 9:00 am to 5:30 pm however end times can vary based on daily workload
