Description

Medisen Inc. is the largest cardiology group in Burlington. We offer cardiology consultations and non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing. We are currently looking for 2 mature, driven, and experienced Medical Receptions on a permanent full-time basis.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments, answering the telephone, making appointment reminders, scanning, faxing, other clerical as
Performing other duties as assigned
Diploma from an accredited medical office assistant program or a minimum of two years experience as a medical receptionist
Basic knowledge of various cardiology related diagnostic tests
Experience working with electronic medical records required
Experience with Cerebrum EMR an asset
Additional required skills include but are not limited to; excellent communication both written and oral along with professionalism on the telephone, experience using Microsoft Office 365 software, ability to multitask and work independently.
