Responsibilities:


  • Order Processing
  • Processing new and ongoing orders and completing associated administrative tasks


  • Order Management

  • Coordinating and communicating with production teams to ensure order accuracy and timely completion
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Carry out other administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Handle multiple projects as assigned and track service work orders from start to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good number sense
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to be resourceful and problem solve as required
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
