What you'll do

As a
Talent Management & OD Advisor, you will**:

  • Play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of talent management and organizational development initiatives within the organization.
  • Provide advisory support on the talent lifecycle, including talent development, talent pools, talent mobility, succession planning, program design and evaluation, and analysis of related metrics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders through a serviceoriented approach to promote a culture of continuous learning and development, providing resources and tools to support growth and career advancement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging research in talent management and organizational development to inform program design and implementation.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify talent development priorities and opportunities for organizational improvement.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of talent development, talent mobility and strategy including extensive knowledge of talent programs and best practices.
  • Display your knowledge of human resource policies and procedures and exercise considerable judgment, tact, and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling confidential and/or sensitive information.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills with strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work, balancing multiple activities and changing priorities.

Your background and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of talent management principles, including talent mobility, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Experience in program management in talent and organizational development interventions related to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess organizational needs, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with organizational stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment with mínimal supervision.
  • Experience with talent management systems, assessment tools, and learning management platforms is an asset.
  • Certification in talent management, organizational development, or related is an asset.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
