As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our esteemed clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers warmly and promptly, establishing a positive and professional first impression.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional assistance and guidance throughout their repair process.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their concerns and vehicle repair requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with our skilled technicians and other staff members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with diplomacy and empathy, striving to find appropriate solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and repair details in our database.
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing invoices, processing payments, and handling documentation.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine passion for luxury cars and knowledge of automotive repair processes.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a customeroriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs.
