Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and promptly, establishing a positive and professional first impression.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional assistance and guidance throughout their repair process.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their concerns and vehicle repair requirements.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate closely with our skilled technicians and other staff members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with diplomacy and empathy, striving to find appropriate solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and repair details in our database.
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing invoices, processing payments, and handling documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine passion for luxury cars and knowledge of automotive repair processes.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a customeroriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs.
