Who You Are

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of inventory of resources for identified skill sets and roles, based on direction from Sales Manager.
  • Track and record all recruiting activities in the corporate CRM.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, changes, trends and opportunities including DLS solution stack and those of our partners.
  • Independently maintain knowledge of the technology industry.
  • Have the ability to understand and determine technology opportunities and create solutions around customer needs.
  • Lead the recruiting efforts of internal DLS employees (including both technical and business roles).

B. Relationship Management (10%)

  • Participate in client meetings and sales pitches where resources will be required. Work with technical team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service strategies.
  • Provide current market research available for pay rates and per diems of resources to sales team, and to clients.
  • Work with team members to develop and track the client relationship strategy and plan touch point actions to strengthen relationships.

C. Proposal and Resource Management (20%)

  • Deploy Marketing and Communications campaigns to resources that is relevant to their interests.
  • Maintain communications with resources, initiating outreach and manage availability of potential new resources.
  • Support the efforts on responses the Request for Proposals (RFP) process involving resources.
  • Develop job descriptions, Statements of Work, assist with grid preparation with Sales team, and clients where DLS is influencing the creation of RFPs.
  • Prepare Grids and resumes for RFP's response.
  • Collaborate with technical team to leverage DLS resources as required on large opportunities.
  • Identify customer requirements to coordinate the resource recruitment process.
  • Participate in pricing the service strategies.
  • Track and record all activity in the corporate CRM.
  • Attend designated training required by DLS.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • College or university degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in IT Recruiting
  • Work experience in the Information Technology industry, or IT consulting service industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player and detailoritented
  • Ability to effectively meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM tools
