Position:
Outbound Call Agent - full time
Location:
St. Catharines, Ontario [in person required]
We are recruiting an experienced Outbound Call Agent for our marketing and sales office.
:
you are comfortable researching information for new and lapsed customers and contractors from our database and reaching out via telephone to those contacts.
:you will be required to engage via telephone with contacts and obtain information surrounding a set of specific criteria, then enter the information into our database, routing the appropriate distribution of this information to a senior person.
:a paid training program will be provided.
:
meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly "contact" targets set by the manager.
:
participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions to refine and improve a higher level of successful contact results.
:
assist in tracking customers orders and follow up directly with customers.

Range:
$18:00 - $22:00 per hour
