JADORE EVENING LTD.

is a formal wear international wholesale company which currently owns three brands:
Jadore Evening, Jess Adore and Julian Eve. We are currently supplying over 300 retailers all over the world. We do bridal, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses and social occasion gowns. Our headquarter office located in Toronto, and we have office, showroom located in Atlanta, US. We currently have a permanent full time position opening for Marketing Manager in Toronto, ON.


Main Duties

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for our current and new formal wear brands
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments and in support of our overall business and sales goals
  • Identify potential new markets and create a plan to enter the market
  • Collaborate with sales team to design marketing and sales collateral and implement product marketing strategies based on marketing analysis
  • Execute and lead marketing and advertising efforts such as media, print, company website, digital marketing, events, etc.
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate B2B target insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
  • Develop the marketing budget and ensure execution within budget constraints
  • Maintain marketing status reports
  • Lead and train a one to two person marketing team

Qualifications:


Experience:
At least two years' experience in a relevant position

Minimum College Diploma required

Language:
English (required), Second foreign language (preferred)

Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Experience with marketing, vendor management, and leadership/management is preferred.

Strong marketing, analytical, project management and organizational skills

Motivated, results oriented, self-directed and able to lead by example.

Perform job duties independently in a professional, well-organized manner

Ability to work with people of different personalities and diverse cultural backgrounds

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite


Salary and benefits:

Full-time, permanent position

$40-50 (to be negotiated) per hour for 35 hours a week, 52 weeks a year

Two weeks of paid annual vacation after each 12-month vacation entitlement year

Health and dental benefits package after three-month probation period
