    & SummaryA career in our Microsoft Dynamics team will provide the opportunity to help our clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back and Mid-Office functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. We focus on contributing to PwC's value proposition of "strategy led and technology enabled", by aligning our Consulting Solutions' industry focus with the Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.

    As a Microsoft Alliances Director, you'llwork as part of a team of problemsolvers, helping to solve complex business issues fromstrategy to execution.

    Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

  • Work with Local Alliance Leader to design, execute, and manage the strategy and business plan of the Alliance with focus on marketpenetration, revenue growth, industryalignment, and solution identification.
  • Build key relationshipswith Alliance Executive "sellwith" team (e.g., SVP of Alliances, C-level, etc.) and serve as strategicrelationship point of contact for the Alliance.
  • Identifyadditional synergies between Alliance and the firm to expand Alliance program throughout the PwC.
  • Collaboratewith cross-sector/cross-service Practice teams on executing Alliance initiatives.
  • Engage with the global network of firms to expand the Alliance program and global deal flow.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensivestrategy for PwC's Microsoft Alliances, aligningitwithour go-to-marketapproach.
  • Work in tandem with solution area leadership to createtargeted sales playsthatwilleffectivelypenetrate the market.
  • Champion the development of innovative offerings and solution plays, closelyalignedwithMicrosoft'secosystem, to meet the evolvingneeds of our clients.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functionalteams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Experiences and skillsyou'll use to solve

  • 8+ Years of experience of workingwithin the Microsoft ecosystem, ideallywith a Microsoft partner.
  • In-depthknowledge and experiencewith Microsoft technologies and solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and implementingofferings and solution plays.
  • A proventrack record of success in developing and managingstrategic alliances, specificallywith Microsoft.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, inspiringteams to deliveroutstandingresults.
  • Ability to workcollaborativelywithinternal and external stakeholders, fostering a cohesive and productive relationshipwith Microsoft.
  • A keenunderstanding of the technologylandscape and market trends, especiallywithin the context of Canada.
