Job Title:
Parts Customer Service Advisor.


Employment Status:
Full time from May 1st-Sept 1st, Part time from Sept 1st-May 1st

Must be available:
Tue-Fri 10am-7pm and Sat 9am-5pm

We are looking for people who will:

  • Assist customers with purchasing the right Product/Parts
  • Merchandise the show room
  • Assist with inventory and stock room
  • Assist technicians in gathering parts
  • Work with the internal parts advisor to order parts
  • Be personable while exhibiting professionalism with every client/employee interaction.
  • Look up, locate & order Parts/Accessories for RV's through our multiple vendors

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the department
  • Assist customers in selecting the parts they need by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Assist delivery drivers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Selfmotivated individual and will drive themselves to deliver results
  • Basic computer/ tablet skills
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality
  • Have quality customer service skills
  • Possess strong communication skills


This job requires standing to up to 6 hours per day and also the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal


Salary:
$18.00 per hour
