We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Account Manager Regional Accounts to lead and manage a team of four Regional Account Managers across Toronto Montreal Vancouver and the Prairies This role is critical in driving in store execution excellence optimizing performance across top share driving accounts and fostering strong relationships with retail partners The ideal candidate is an experienced results oriented leader with a proven ability to motivate teams manage complex regional dynamics and deliver on ambitious sales and execution objectivesQualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field 7 years of experience in sales account management or retail execution with at least 3 years in leadership role Proven success managing team achieving sales execution goals CPG beverage industry Strong leadership coaching team management skills motivating high performing teams Exceptional relationship building communication negotiation skills working senior level retail partnersResponsibilities
