Responsibilities:


  • Accurately and promptly inputting customer and account data from source documents that include textbased and numerical information.
  • Sorting information based on priorities and ensuring its accuracy.
  • Correcting errors and deficiencies in data and checking for any incompatibilities.
  • Conducting research to obtain missing information for incomplete documents.
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all information processed.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing access to relevant files when required.
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies.
  • Identify areas where data management procedures can be improved.
  • Suggest ways of enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our systems.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our organization's data.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be highly organized.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated work experience in data entry as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks
  • Experience in operating office equipment, including a fax machine and scanner
  • Possess excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Exceptional knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • A high school diploma is mandatory. Additional computer training or certification will be considered an asset.
Analyze online search queries and assess their precision

Provide a report on the accuracy of the search queries analyzed

Utilize data obtained to enhance and optimize online search results
