Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relative working experience in the building industry(3 years or above)

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced general manager's assistant to help the general manager in directing daily business operations.
Great intrapersonal and communication skills are a must along with proper time management and confidence.
The assistant general manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
You will be assisting the general manager in dealing with public bidding as well as all forms of communication with other operations.
Assisting the general manager with business regarding all of our potential partners including; designers, government officials, agencies and more.
Supporting the general manager with all aspects of the business both commercially and operationally.
Familiarity with the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry is a must as we are a housing development company.
Be willing to work between Richmond, B.C. and Sechelt B.C. (Accommodations will be paid for as well as travel expenses and meals/living costs.)
