- Welcome new patients and build strong lasting relationships
- Present treatment options with confidence and clarity acting as both an advisor and a sales professional
- Review financials and create payment solutions that fit families needs
- Guide patients smoothly from consultation to treatment start meeting conversion performance targets
- Collaborate with the Orthodontist team to ensure exceptional care
