Mastermind is an automated sales and marketing platform that empowers dealers to close more deals by predicting future buyers and consistently marketing to them.
Generate success in your loyalty, service, and conquest portfolios through a combination of turnkey predictive analytics, proactive marketing, and dedicated consultative services.
A Successful Sales Development Representative will:
Reach out to, develop and convert prospects into qualified selling opportunities, and then transition them effectively to the appropriate Business Development Manager.
Work closely with your territory teams to research dealerships with the greatest potential for sales conversion.Drive attendance and conduct follow up for all events automotiveMastermind attends or sponsors (e.g. trade show) or produces (e.g. webinar, thought leadership event, commingling customer/prospect events).
Work closely with the marketing team and leverage marketing leads, Salesforce and platforms to identify the contacts and dealers most engaged and most ready to be sold to.
Create a cadence of monthly outreach in compliance with team KPI standards to ensure bookings goals and targets are met or exceeded.
Regularly report on quantity of bookings, outreach velocity as well as quality and conversion of marketing leads for sales opportunities.
Minimum requirements:
0-2 years work experience in a sales or marketing capacity, ideally at a solution services company, within the auto industry or Saas environment.
Ability to develop a professional rapport and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
Highly motivated and goal oriented, with a hunter mentality
Possess excellent oral and written communications, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives (internally and externally) as required
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions with mínimal supervision
Innovative self-starter with the discipline to work and think independently
Able to work 3 to 4 days a week in our London, ON office
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft or Hubspot
First hand knowledge of the auto industry via OEM of retail franchise
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required. Occasional travel required for sales team meetings or organization events.
