Who We Are:

Resilient Health is a psychology clinic providing assessment, diagnosis and psychotherapy to clients in Victoria BC and across British Columbia.

Our team, which includes psychologists, counsellors, and social workers, is very friendly, collaborative, and dynamic.

We are currently seeking licensed Psychotherapists who are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) or Registered Social Workers (RSW) to join our dynamic team.

Position Details:

• Part-Time Hours with Potential for Full-Time: We offer flexible hours with the potential to transition into fulltime employment based on performance and organizational needs.

• Regular Supervision: We prioritize the professional development and wellbeing of our team members by providing regular supervision sessions to ensure ongoing support and growth.
• Varied Presenting Issues: You'll work with a wide range of presenting issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, addiction, personality disorders, ADHD, and more, allowing you to expand your expertise and experience.
• Years of Collaboration: We're seeking individuals interested in longterm collaboration and who are eager to contribute to our highly supportive team environment.
• Beautiful Counselling Space: Our facility provides a serene and inviting atmosphere, fostering a comfortable and conducive environment for therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Current British Columbia registration as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)or Registered Social Worker (RSW)
• Experience working with individuals, couples, and/or groups.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration.
