Job Title:
Shipping Office Admin


Working Hours:

  • 7am to 11am Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 1pm Saturdays
  • Full-Time Opportunity After 46 Months is possible

Salary:

- $18 to $20 to start with relevant experience

We specializes in b2b order fulfillment to major retailers for beauty products. The Office Admin position provides support to ensures a seamless operation. We are looking for a result driven professional whom can take ownership of the demanding responsibilities of this position.

Job Responsibilities;

  • Create customer specific documentation and inform customs of shorts and overages in shipments.
  • Ensure Invoices and back up docs are sent out to customers timely.
  • Investigate inbound & outbound shipment discrepancies and take corrective actions.
  • Investigate customer chargebacks to ensure only the correct amounts are credited.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure they are picked up and delivered timely.
  • Regularly review logistics and other expenses and renegotiate to reduce costs.
  • Maintains proper filing systems for printed and electronic documents.
  • Create new systems and strategies to improve processes to increase efficiency.
  • Any other tasks as assigned per business needs.
Skills Required;

  • Good MS Excel Skills
  • Good Analytical & Numeracy Skills
  • Excellent command of written and verbal business English
  • Handing fast turnarounds and tight datelines
  • Experienced using project management tools
  • Technologically & Computer Savvy
  • 45+ WPM typing speed
  • 10Key by Touch
Education Required;

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Professional Training in fields pertinent to job responsibilities
Experience Required;

  • 2 Years minimum Job experience in related field.
