Early Childhood Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Childhood Manager to lead our daycare operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of high-quality early learning programs that align with our vision and principles. This includes ensuring compliance with legislation, monitoring the early intervention program, approving new Behaviour Intervention Plans, and admitting/discharging children into our program based on criteria and enrollment needs.

Budget Management:

• Participate in creating the location budget


• Maintain spending levels within approved limits


• Evaluate expenditures within authorized operational budget for early learning and childcare program (groceries, programming, household expenses etc.)

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal leadership management skills able to establish maintain effective professional working relationships internally externally.
