What you will be doing:


  • Manage programs ensuring timely and accurate processing of grants, redemptions, reporting, dividend equivalents, regulatory filings, participant communications, etc.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Senior Compensation Analyst on required monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc transactions and supporting processes
  • Work with Finance team to ensure accurate reporting of equity compensation
  • Consult with Legal team on plan document updates and interpretation
  • Manage daytoday relationship with vendor
  • Validate tables and content for Executive Compensation section of the proxy circular
  • Prepare analyses and update material for Human Resources Committee of the Board
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements in all areas

What you have:


  • University degree / College diploma in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
  • Advanced knowledge of HR and Compensation theory, principles and practices
  • Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and/or Certified Compensation Practitioner (CCP) an asset
  • The ability to produce accurate, highquality, wellpresented material suitable for review by senior executives and Board members
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, planning and organization skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel skills
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables/deadlines, be flexible and adaptable, and work in a complex, changing work environment
