We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in
Kitchener.

The Supervisor is responsible for supporting our Management team with the daily operations and profitability of the branch according to business plans and objectives.

Daily operations include staff management, customer satisfaction, product presentation, inventory management and carrying out seasonal changes and promotional activities.

Job Duties:

Support Management with managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the store.
Assist Management with recruiting, hiring and training seasonal sales professionals.
Responsible for opening and/or closing the store.
Completing all required bank and financial responsibilities at the branch.
Assist with building customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and aftersales service.
Determine customer needs and recommend the best solution.
Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment.
Maximize store and personal profitability through suggestive selling, addon sales techniques, and a strong closing rate.
Foster and build a positive work environment.
Effectively manage your sales staff performance.
Assist in driving merchandising directives and standards to achieve financial targets.
Stay knowledgeable about the products, services, promotions and policies and share this knowledge with the team.
Coordinate with Management on all initiatives and programs.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Completion of high school and College vocational or technical training.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the retail industry.
Minimum of 1 year's work experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment.
Proven customer service skills.
Management experience preferred.
Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Must be fully vaccinated
