Description

The Legal Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Drafting civil pleadings
  • Notices of claims
  • Preparing legal documents
  • File appropriate court documents for with courts
  • Communicating with vendors and clients
  • Asset searches
  • General administration duties

The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and difficult client situations in a gracious and professional manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of legal procedures
  • Working knowledge of legal documents such as wills, trust deeds and powers of attorney
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to follow company rules & policies
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Passion for working with and helping people
  • Able to commit to our fulltime fixed work schedule
  • Comply with industry provincial and federal legislation
Experience with third party collections, legal collections, financial services, sales, legal administration and call centers is an asset.

Salary:
$3,000.00 per month
