We need to build a pipeline that identifies homeowners in California with roofs older than 20 years who are also in High Fire Zones.Responsibilities
- Scrape the California Contractors State License Board for all active C-39 (Roofing) licenses.
- Build Python scrapers (Scrapy/Playwright) for portals like Accela, Tyler EnerGov, and OpenGov.
