The opportunity

As the Production Support Coordinator for the Programming and Content team you provide support services by expediting/coordinating production related items in a high-volume environment.

How you will make an impact

Create, distribute, and obtain guest releases used for content.
Obtain, organize and assign/track production related assets.
Initiate, manage, deliver and update our digital asset management system.
Prompter operator on various productions as required.
Attend script reads, compile corrections and edit daily scripts to be sent for closed captioning.
Support external events including the creation of distributed schedules.
Assist with production resource scheduling.
Track and report music used on programs and completed content.
Manage Green room supplies as required.
Have an aptitude for detail with particular emphasis on accuracy.
Organized, reliable and selfsufficient problem solver.

What you will bring to TVO

Excellent multitasker with the ability to coordinate various tasks, and a strong communicator both verbally and written skills.
Be organized and able to handle a high volume of detailed information.
Experience with meeting tight deadlines, prioritizing work and you bring a keen attention to detail in all tasks.
Important to have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience working in a control room is an asset.
Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree completed or equivalent number of years of current related industry experience_. 3+ years' work experience_
