Description
1-5 years of experience preferably in a transportation brokerage industry- Dispatch all modes of transportation: Flatbed, Reefer, Dry Van
- Should have experience using Fleet Manager, DAT, Load Link,
- Build and maintain relationships with partner carriers
- Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profitability
- Provide cost for spot rates and RFPs
- Dispatch domestic Canada and crossborder loads
- Monitor trends and changes in the industry and educate your sales team
- Proactively identify potential problems and resolve them before they escalate
Salary:
$60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
