    Position Title: Distribution Center Coach

    Reports To: DC Supervisory/Management Team

    Location: 550 Boxwood Dr. Cambridge, ON.

    Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm | Flexibility with work schedule is required (days and hours may fluctuate due to workload and must be able to work weekends and overtime when necessary).

    Please note Hours of Operation can be subject to changeor fluctuate as dictatedby business needs.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Tailored Brands Inc. - Moore's is seeking an interactive, communicative, dependable and motivated team player to join the

    team to provide assistance to management with daily distribution center operations. The responsibilities of the position will consist of but are not limited to the following:

    Job Responsibilities:

    ·Maintain and promote a positive attitude consistently

    ·Performs staff level responsibilities when not performing coach responsibilities

    ·Conducts Daily Huddle Meetings as needed

    ·Conduct observations as needed

    ·Communicate Safety Tips

    ·Coaching those employees who are not Meeting theoptimal targets

    ·Daily Production Planning as needed

    ·Daily Schedule Control as needed

    ·Conduct 2 Hour Tours to follow-up with Employees and give them the Score

    ·Input Employee Lost Time Tracker Information

    ·Assist management to promote "best practices"

    ·Assist in training and developing of employees.

    ·Maintaining current & accurate inventory

    ·Maintain our high quality standards

    ·Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all employees and management

    ·Assist in maintaining all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition

    ·Assist in maintaining compliance with security measures as prescribed by management

    ·Understand the department's goals and objectives

    ·Participate in personal development opportunities

    ·Assist in other projects or in any other areas of the distribution center

    Requirements:

    ·Ability to engage, motivate and inspire employees

    ·Work well as part of a team; self-motivator with willingness to take on new tasks, challenges, and opportunities

    ·Basic MS Office skills

    ·Intermediate Excel skills a plus

    ·WMOS System Knowledge

    ·Cross trained in other departments a plus

    ·Demonstrated "Leadership" skills within department

    ·Performs current duties at a "Meets or Above Standard Rating"

    ·Ability to fill-in for Supervisor for any shift, in any department or building when required

    ·Ability to work effectively with others at all levels and to consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions

    ·Good verbal and written communication and interaction skills

    ·Good people and interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with all levels

    ·Ability to multi-task

    ·Ability to prioritize daily tasks
