Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating their financial situation and providing appropriate mortgage solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, ensuring clients are informed and supported
  • Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth loan closing process
  • Stay uptodate with industry regulations and changes in mortgage products and services

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or financial services role is preferred
  • Strong mathematical skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and other financial calculations
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in French, is highly desirable
  • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with clients and lenders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
