Position Overview:

As a Financial Analyst on the Decision Analytics team, you will be working closely with the Global Sourcing business teams supporting them through planning, forecasting, analytics, and curating datasets to build insightful reporting.

This role requires strong business partnering skills and analytical skills and you will be relied on to provide key business insights through analytics and drive business value through influencing business partner decisions.

Position Responsibilities:

Acting as the key business partner working directly with internal stakeholders to provide financial recommendations and develop action based reports to drive business value
Leading semiannual planning activities in partnership with the other finance teams and internal business stakeholders
Preparing and presenting financial analysis in a meaningful, and concise manner
Identifying and partnering on process improvements by influencing change amongst internal stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
Contributing to special projects as required

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

For internals, must fulfill minimum timeinposition (1 year)
Strong learning mindset
3 5 years of Financial Analyst/ business partner experience
A Bachelors' or a Masters' degree in Finance or Business.
Excellent oral and written communication
Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and financial modeling
Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fastpaced environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
Selfmotivated and proactive, with respect to both managing workload and professional development
A flexible attitude and approach to business solutions.
Proficiency in Tableau
Demonstrate interest in learning SQL and/or other languages
