Door Doctor Toronto is one of four main branches specializing in service and installation of residential and commercial doors and loading dock equipment.


Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Service/Installation Coordinator.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service and installation departments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

You will be a team player and report to/assist the Service Manager and Installation Manager to fulfill the requirements of the departments as needed.


Duties:


  • Schedule and coordinate service and installation appointments for clients
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointment details and address any questions or concerns
  • Assign technicians to appointments based on availability, skills, and location
  • Monitor the progress of appointments and provide updates to clients as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician assignments
  • Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during appointments
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of service requests
  • Provide administrative support to the departments as needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role in the construction industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities

Pay:
$42,252.88-$68,237.86 per year
