We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Integrated Child and Youth Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and youth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team that provides mental health and substance use services to children, youth, and their families. They will work closely with community partners to coordinate services and develop programs that meet the unique needs of each client.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Indigenous cultural practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including First Nations communities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in nursing, psychology or social work from an accredited institution;


• A minimum five years’ recent experience in clinical consultation/supervision administration within child/youth/mental health fields;


• Familiarity with trauma-informed practice methodologies motivated enhancement methods;
