Job Description A Day in the Life**:
Key accountabilities of the Tree Seedling Production Worker

Shipping and Receiving
Transportation of seedling boxes from transport trucks on to storage pallets for transfer into cold storage
Record and inventory keeping
Continuous focus on safety, injury prevention, and customer service in all aspects of work

About the team:

The Tree Seedling Production Worker will work alongside nursery workers under the supervision of the Nursery Lead and report to the Nursery Manager.

Qualifications Enough about us, let's talk about you**:

Required/Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

Reliable transportation
Appropriate work attire
Good manual dexterity and eyesight
Teamoriented personality with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
Good communication and problemsolving skills
Commitment to quality and safety

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

Forklift certification and experience
