About the Company:

We are on the search for an experienced Senior Online Programmer to join a well-established name within the games industry. After a string of back-to-back successes with their original IPs, they are now looking for an Online Programming specialist to join the team to work on their unannounced titles.

Overview:

• Job Title: Senior Online Programmer (Client-Side)
• Location: Remote
• Duration: Full-time
• Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Building core online services features such as Matchmaking, Lobbies, Party-Systems & Scoreboards
• Integrating and Abstracting SDKs
• Responsible for the overall Online Client-side architecture
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to maintain project timelines.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align technical decisions with the project vision.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of games industry experience specifically in Online Programming
• Experience in Client-Side Online Programming
• C++ Expertise
• Willing to mentor Junior Programmers and knowledge-share across the studio.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to quality and collaboration.

Desirable but not required:

• Unreal Engine experience
• PlayFab Experience
