Key Responsibilities:


Leadership and Team Management:
Mentor and guide team members in specialized care tasks, ensuring the unique needs of individuals with Autism are met.
Oversee adherence to GHCG's care standards, emphasizing safety, precision, and empathy.
Convene regular team meetings to align with GHCG's objectives and to instill best care practices for Autism.


Operational Oversight:

Supervise the delivery of specialized care services, ensuring all procedures, including G-tube feeding and medication administration, are tailored for those with Autism.

Swiftly address any challenges or concerns, ensuring the specialized needs of those with Autism are always front and center.
Collaborate with other departments within GHCG for a holistic approach to Autism care.


Performance Management:
Set and monitor goals specific to Autism care, G-tube feeding, and medication administration.
Recognize achievements, offer feedback, and pinpoint areas for team growth.
Regularly assess team members' expertise, especially in specialized care techniques and Autism understanding.


Training and Development:
Identify training needs, with a focus on Autism care, G-tube feeding, and medication administration.
Ensure team members are adept in GHCG's care protocols, with special emphasis on Autism best practices.


Communication:

Serve as the nexus between the team and upper management, ensuring the unique needs of those with Autism are always communicated and understood.

Offer regular updates to management on the team's milestones, challenges, and areas needing support.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field. Additional certifications in Autism care, Gtube feeding, and medication administration are highly advantageous or Equivalent in Experience.
  • Years of experience in specialized care services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, emphasizing medical care delivery and team growth.
  • Strong communication skills, paired with a compassionate and personcentered approach.
  • Proficiency in Gtube feeding, medication administration, and a deep understanding of Autism care standards and nuances.

Salary:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour
