Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our consulting operations team.

As a consulting operations intern, you will have the opportunity to learn _from_ our experienced customer success, quality assurance and methodology development experts and contribute to our growth and innovation.

$3200/Month

Key Responsibilities:

- _ Work_ with the Impro Leadership and Performance Strategy team to assist in special projects and improve processes.

  • Help with the onboarding, training, and retention of new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collect and analyze feedback _from_ clients, and report on their needs, challenges, and suggestions.
  • Support our methodology development team with content creation.
  • Conduct research on best practices and trends in AIpowered management and performance, and share your insights and findings with the team.

Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as economics, statistics, marketing, business, or management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for clear and concise writing.
  • A customeroriented mindset, with a passion for solving problems and delivering value.
  • A collaborative and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Availability to _work_ 40 hours per week, _from_ May 1st to September 1st.
