Your daily role:

Responsible for a variety of tasks, including general repairs; painting; installation of doors and shelves; repair of furniture and minor general electrical and plumbing repairs
Responsible for maintenance and repairs of bicycles owned by Nortera and used by our migrant workers
Ensure prompt snow removal and salting of any sidewalks and driveways at multiple houses
Grass cutting and yard maintenance at migrant worker houses
Oncall responsibility for any emergencies that may come up with the migrant worker housing
Other duties as assigned

Your profile

40 hour per week position, Monday to Friday with potential occasional weekend work (if required)

You are able to work on an on-call basis in the event of an emergency and have your own transportation

Must be capable of speaking, reading, and writing English at a Level 3 requirement

Proven ability to work effectively as a team

Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs

Ability to lift in excess of 23 kilograms/50 pounds
