Adaptive Planning Consultants work in partnership with clients and internal teams to ensure maximum value out of a client's Workday investment.

The role is responsible for providing Workday Post Production support across Workday module(s), understanding the client's business and requirements, and configuring, designing and delivering solutions that best fit client needs.

Adaptive Planning Consultants drive high client satisfaction through building relationships with clients and delivering impeccable customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive Planning module.
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements.
  • Assist clients in testing configuration, provide knowledge transfer to clients and develop documentation as applicable.
  • Use the company's methodology and processes to implement solutions successfully while remaining agile and flexible to clients' changing needs.
  • Collaborate effectively on teambased projects.
  • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on small to medium deliverables/projects across multiple, concurrent clients without supervision.
  • Frequently discuss and communicate to clients' lessons learned from previous experience, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's Point of View. Ensure clients understand and take advantage of best practices.
  • Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the client. Seek opinions and feedback on alternative solutions from team members to solve client needs.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members in area(s) of expertise.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.
  • Experience configuring Workday Adaptive and Security as well as developing Custom Reports, Dashboards and Calculated Fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.
  • Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals.
  • Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas both within and outside of Workday.
  • Capable of working within remote teams and alongside clients, as well as on individual tasks with no supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year).


The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set, experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and office location, and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of range is $55,000 to $186,200 for CA, NY, and CO. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount varies based on factors described. This position may be eligible for additional incentives, such as benefits, bonus and commission.
