- Work on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, earnings summaries, benchmarking and newsletters.
- Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, management biographies, brokers' outlooks, share price performance, evolution of industry / peers' valuation multiples, and possible buyer / seller opportunities.
- Handle responsibilities such as training and guiding junior and new analysts, maintaining efficiency, working independently on complex projects, and delivering error-free projects and client communications.
- Allocate projects to team members depending on their expertise and skills, resolve their project-related queries, and perform quality checks on client deliverables.
- Conduct on- and off-the-job training sessions for new hires and current team members
- Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
- Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
- Knowledge of database tools –Refinitiv Eikon, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg
- Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission
- Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
- Post Graduation/ MBA in Finance domain/ CFA/CA
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking domain
- Strong Accounting and financial skills; Good MS Office Skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
