Warehouse Associate - Part-Time | Scarborough, ON | $17.60/Hour
URGENT HIRING: IMMEDIATE START | MONDAY to FRIDAY, DAY SHIFT ONLY (9aM - 5PM)

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key part of our operations, ensuring the smooth handling of day-to-day tasks and effective communication between departments. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse setting and enjoy contributing to an efficient and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare daily orders for shipping
- Receive and thoroughly inspect all inbound shipments
- Assist with regular stock counts as needed
- Organize and label stock throughout the warehouse
- Receive, inspect, and efficiently restock customer returns
- Assist in packing orders and preparing them for dispatch
- Create manifests for outbound shipments and orders
- Support data entry tasks to maintain accurate inventory records
- Load shipments onto carrier trucks safely and securely
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including warehouse, office, kitchen, and washroom areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
What We're Looking For:
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow specific processes accurately
- Physically capable of kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 30-40lbs
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask effectively
- A passion for working in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment
- Open to hands-on work within the warehouse
- Self-motivated, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9AM - 5PM
- Between hours/week
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse role
- First Aid Certification (required)
