Responsibilities:

• Monitor agents' calls to ensure that procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
• Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center
• Ensure collectors follow all protocols, laws and regulations to collect payments efficiently.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees
• Answer questions from agents and provide guidance and feedback
• Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
• Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
• Ensure adherence to HR policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
• Collect and maintain their own collection desk
• Achieve the desired monthly individual and team objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working in Collections field
• Past experience in supervisory roles (an asset)
• Completed High School Diploma
• Prior knowledge working with Columbia Ultimate Business Suite (an asset)
• Shows good leadership
• Assist & motivate team members
• Positive, professional, respectful
• Strong work ethic and excellent attendance
• Knowledge of credit practices, bankruptcy and legal procedures (an asset)

Job Types:

Salary:
$48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
