About Shoreham
Shoreham Village is a long-term care home located in the picturesque village of Chester, Nova Scotia. We are situated in a park-like setting on over fourteen acres of landscaped and wooded grounds that provide a beautiful, secure and quiet setting for our residents. The campus consists of the home, independent living seniors' apartments and a health center.
We have built a reputation as a trusted, quality long-term care home providing a home-like environment for our 89 residents. We are dedicated to providing excellent care and service to our residents, with compassion and respect for each individual resident. Shoreham has the ability to provide a secure environment for residents when needed, as well as a palliative care room for end of life care. There is also a room available to provide short-term respite for members of the community.
About You
You are committed to high-quality service, care and safety. You believe in treating others with dignity and respect is essential to effective relationships. You use your voice to promote positive change and fairness. You hold yourself accountable in all of your actions, from providing care and delivering service, to proper use and respect of resources.
Shoreham is currently accepting applications for PCWs/CCAs/RN's/LPN's at our long-term care facility in Chester
Responsible To: Manager of Nursing Services
Effective: April 2024
Hours of Work: 64 hours bi-weekly (8 or 12 hour shifts)
