Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Continuous Improvement Coordinator on a permanent basis on our Process Operations team at our Co-op Refinery Complex.
This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.If you are committed to safety, reliability and want to contribute to overall efficiency and continuous improvement, this opportunity could be for you This role will allow you to demonstrate your technical knowledge and provide support and advice to the Process department
:
What you'll do:
- Develop safe operating practices and procedures and ensure all operating practices and procedures team members are using are safe and current.
- Conduct Safety Incident or injury investigations as directed.
- Identify and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the process within area of responsibility.
- Support the implementation of changes within the Process department by taking an active role in the CRC Management of Change procedure.

The Team:
You will work closely with Zone Supervisors, Process Supervisors, Operations Engineers, and Process Operators in Zone I, II, & III and will report into the Section (Zone) Supervisor, Continuous Improvement.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Engineering & Engineering Technology and:
- Have 4th Class Powering Engineering Certificate or other applicable skills.
- Have a minimum of 4+ years of related process operations experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Are familiar with OH&S Act and Regulations.
