    CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :

  • Autonomiser, développer, motiver et travailler aux côtés de l'équipe pour obtenir des résultats en offrant une expérience client élevée
  • Recruter, embaucher et retenir les meilleurs talents
  • Offrir l'excellence opérationnelle dans tous les processus du magasin
  • Développer et exécuter un plan d'affaires stratégique tout en générant des ventes supplémentaires en utilisant des partenaires interfonctionnels et des opportunités de marketing
  • Créer une circulation piétonnière grâce à la participation communautaire et à l'organisation d'événements
  • Construire un livre client en établissant des relations avec les clients pour générer du trafic supplémentaire et créer un engagement client
  • Stimuler les ventes omnicanal en utilisant tous les outils et technologies disponibles

    • VOUS DEVEZ AVOIR :

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que gérant de magasin dans un détaillant spécialisé NOUS

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
  • Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent
  • Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
  • Develop and execute strategic business plan while driving incremental sales utilizing cross functional partners and marketing opportunities
  • Create foot traffic through community involvement and hosting events
  • Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement
  • Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

    • YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • 2+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer
  • Bilingual (French & English)
