PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As a
Customer Care Professional you will be responsible to interact with customers/ customer information on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

Provides information to customers about product features. Helps customers when they are faced with problems or need information and/or ensure customer information is updated accurately.

This a hybrid position and requires you to work onsite from our Barrie office. 100% work-from-home is not available for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help customers with their questions and complaints
Give customers information about products and services
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Negotiate payment terms and arrangements, where applicable
Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure the information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, clientspecific, and corporate guidelines
Respond to customers on all inbound/outbound calls

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills verbal and written
Ability to remain calm and professional while under pressure
Previous customer service and case management experience if preferable
Experience working in administrative or call center environment is desirable
You have a desire to grow and drive your career forward
