We are currently recruiting for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator*This is a full time permanent position.


Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will assist in the development and coordination of Trico Groups marketing initiatives.

This includes strategic marketing support, social media content development, planning & execution of all social calendars, research & analysis, editing, writing content for social, blogs, newsletters and timely delivery of Trico Homes' communication initiatives targeting internal and/or external audiences.

In addition, the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will provide similar marketing support for the Trico Group marketing initiatives as needed.


Job Duties

  • Create, develop & maintain ongoing content for all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google My Business, Pinterest, LinkedIn) for Trico Homes & Trico Group of Companies
  • Create short videos, reels, stories for social media
  • Create social media calendars & meet posting commitments for each channel
  • Monitor & respond to follower comments, posts, and inquiries
  • Follow protocols when responding to negative posts, by first informing & consulting with managers & then provide quick responses & followups
  • Develop content for inbound marketing initiatives
  • Assist with market research initiatives to gather market intelligence including survey design and reporting
  • Create content for blog posts and newsletters as well as coordinate & gather additional content from guest writers & influencers
  • Assist in the coordination, proofing, and editing of written and illustrative projects
  • Assist in the development & execution of advertising campaigns for Trico Homes & Trico Group of Companies
  • Research and keep abreast of new online marketing channels and strategies and bring forward to the team
  • Maintain & distribute status reports to Director of Marketing
  • Attend meetings and events both inside and outside the company as necessary
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Director of Marketing, and other Executive Management requests
  • Attend committee meetings as required
  • Coordination & organization of Trico Homes & Trico Group events as required
  • Other duties as may be assigned by Director of Marketing, and other Executives

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in English literature, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on writing & marketing/communications.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
