Due to a new store acquisition, and internal promotions we are looking to fill a Sales Manager role.Do you have elite people skills, love taking on new challenges, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your hard work pay off? We are seeking a leader with a proven track record of success who is driven, determined, persuasive, dynamic, has tons of integrity, and is self-motivated to join our team as a Sales Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a highperforming sales team of 10+ sales professionals.
- Driving revenue growth at acceptable margins.
- Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure the team achieves individual and collective sales goals.
- Evaluate the team and each individuals sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement.
- Develop expert knowledge of our products and services, and demonstrate your ability to relay this knowledge to new hires and potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and our team meets and exceeds sales targets
