Responsibilities
- Maintain on-going training development of employees conduct employee performance reviews disciplinary action Ensure appropriate staff scheduling monitor staffing levels conjunction determined budgets forecasting Create design menus keeping overall restaurant concept Liaise food stores ensure proper rotation foods Seek opportunities increase food revenue decrease kitchen expenses maximize departmental productivity without compromising guest satisfaction Responsible kitchen operations absence Executive Chef Executive Sous Chef Oversee safety sanitation kitchen ensuring all kitchen equipment maintained good condition Maintain departmental standards accordance with Fairmont Hotels Resorts core standards Ensure effective cooperation between outlets kitchen Create memorable dining experiences guests Ensure clean safe working environment actively participate health safety initiatives Adhere hotel environmental policies initiatives Carry out any other tasks assigned
